Dispatching your package Packages are typically dispatched within 2 business days following receipt of payment. We partner with reliable carriers such as DPD and GEODIS to ensure secure delivery. Every shipment includes a tracking number and requires a signature upon delivery. Regardless of the shipping method selected, you will receive a direct link to track your parcel's journey in real-time.
Shipping Destinations & Fees We deliver to Metropolitan France, French Overseas Territories (DOM-TOM), and throughout Europe.

France (Metropolitan): We offer free shipping on all orders over €289 (incl. VAT).

Europe & DOM-TOM: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the total weight of the parcel.
Note for international shipments: For deliveries outside the European Union or to French Overseas Territories, customs duties or local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

While packages are shipped at the buyer's risk, we take exceptional care in protecting fragile items. All boxes are appropriately sized, ensuring your canvases and frames are securely packed for a safe arrival.
